MULTI SPINDLE

FEATURING: SCHUTTE, ACME, AND HYDROMATS

Acme-Gridley multiples with 6 or 8 spindles. Capacities ranging up to 2” diameters with modern updates. Schutte multiples with 6 or 8 spindles. Capacities ranging up 36mm. These machines feature full or partial CNC options for machining tight tolerance parts and lower tooling costs. Other options are limited back working for dropping off a complete part and spindle stop for other secondary operations.

Hydromats feature 10 or 12 stations with capacities ranging up 25mm. The Hydromats are notorious for a large range of machining configurations, high volume close tolerance work, and fast cycle times generally dropping parts off complete.
