The Secondary Machining Department consists of CNC Vertical Machining Centers, CNC Multiple Head Drilling Machines, Nichols Production Mills – Single and Twin Head, Reed and Kinefac Thread Rolling Machines, Rack-Rollers, Broaching Machines (12”, 24”, 36”, & 54” strokes), Sunnen Hones and Presses, Vibratory and Electro Chemical Deburring. Citric-Acid Passivation.
